Conference Highlights

Learning pathways

Do you work more with the FDA or USDA? Pick a track to learn more about either agency or choose topics related to both agencies that are most relevant to your position.

Networking and professional skills

We've also built in many networking opportunities with colleagues and subject matter experts throughout the conference and at after-hours events.

The first evening of the conference includes a dinner with subject matter experts. You'll choose the SME you'd like to further connect with and join them for a group dinner at a nearby restaurant.

The second day features a professional skills workshop in the afternoon. You'll learn emotional intelligence skills that help you become a better team member and group leader. You'll also learn about how to better engage and work with older and younger members in the multigenerational workforce.

Demonstrated learning

You will leave the conference putting into practice what you've learned, as the afternoon of the third day is dedicated to case study practices. You may bring their own work challenge or use one of the provided examples to work through with teammates and our experts.
