Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutes
If you must cancel your conference registration, please do so as soon as possible. A refund, minus the administrative fee outlined below, will be made if cancellation is received in writing at the conference registration office by the date listed below. To cancel your registration, contact Jaclyn Wolf with the subject line "PFP Summit cancellation." Due to guarantees we must provide, refunds are not available after April 15. Fees will not be canceled for registered participants who do not attend and have not notified the conference registration office by the cancellation deadline.
- On or before April 15: $35 cancellation fee
A paid registration may be transferred to another representative from the same company. To modify or transfer a registration, contact Jaclyn Wolf or call 913-307-7340 in advance of the conference.
Kansas State University may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded, but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled, and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kansas State University.
Publicity Statement
Registration for this event gives consent for photographs, publicity and inclusion on the participant list unless K-State Olathe is notified in writing prior to the start date. Please email Jaclyn Wolf.
