Who is this series for?
This series is for those who work with a team, are in an official leadership position or who aspire to lead a team, unit or department and want to level up their knowledge and skills so they are prepared when the opportunity comes.
What will I learn?
Strategies to evaluate your own strengths and weaknesses as a leader. How to effectively communicate and navigate conflict. Learn how to evaluate a team and move the team forwardHow to understand and leverage the strengths of diverse teams. Strategies to successfully motivate teams and improve performance. How to problem solve and strategically plan for your team's future. Learn how to listen and provide constructive feedback.
What is the time commitment?
You'll meet six times between January and May, each for a full day (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) session. The series concludes in early June with a 2-hour celebration luncheon! In total, this is a 44-hour time commitment.
