Feb. 4, 2027 | 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

If one of your key employees gave notice tomorrow, would you know what knowledge, relationships, and responsibilities would leave with them?

Employee departures and retirements shouldn’t catch an organization by surprise. This half-day workshop explores practical approaches to succession planning that help organizations prepare for transitions before they happen. Participants will examine strategies for mentoring, and intentional onboarding that build organizational knowledge and strengthen the talent pipeline. The workshop will also address planned succession for key positions, helping organizations identify critical roles, develop future leaders, and create greater continuity across generations.

By attending this session, you will gain the skills to:

  • Build your internal talent pipeline

  • Capture knowledge before it walks out the door

  • Prepare for retirements without making assumptions about age

  • Create more organizational resilience.

You will leave the workshop with the information to begin identifying your company's own critical roles, knowledge vulnerabilities, and practical next steps, not simply learn succession-planning theory.

Registration

The fee for this workshop is $150.00.

Registration will close on Jan. 28th, 2027 at 11:59 p.m.
