This session will focus on using data to drive performance in a manufacturing environment, individual and team goal setting techniques, goal achievement management strategies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Afternoon Session
Breakout Groups, Takeaways and Individual Goal Setting
In the afternoon, participants will work in small group collaborations to solve manufacturing leadership challenge case studies, sharing findings with the bigger group.
Participants will conclude the day by identifying leadership takeaways and setting individual goals, integrating insights from all four sessions, to increase their leadership effectiveness within their respective companies.

- Synthesize skills and tools learned throughout the series to apply to real-life case studies.
