Effective Feedback to Achieve Results and Improve Productive Capabilities
Feedback is essential to help us all grow and improve. Giving feedback and improving performance can be difficult for the leader and the employees. This workshop will address giving and receiving performance related feedback, communicating roles and responsibilities, coaching for growth, developing corrective action plans, as well as building and maintaining rapport.
