What to know before you register
We have a new registration system:
The new system sees unique registrations using your email address.
- If two registration forms are submitted using the same email address, the newer form submission will overwrite the previous.
- It is not recommended to use a shared or generic email address.
- Do not bulk register or register multiple people using the same email address. Only one registration will be saved.
KDOT Employees:
Employees of the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) should register using the KDOT profile options. Learn more on the KDOT registration page.
- To verify KDOT affiliation, please register using your KDOT-provided email address.
- While KDOT is covering registration fees, you are responsible for the cost of any optional add-ons (luncheons/ continuing education certificate).

Registration Profiles
Regular Registration
Please use this option to register as an Attendee.
Student Registration
This option is for current students, both undergraduate and graduate level.
Retiree Registration
This is for those who have retired from a company or public agency.
Speaker Registration
Use this option if you have been selected as a Speaker for the conference.
Presider Registration
Use this option if you have been selected as a Presider for the conference.
Exhibitor Registration
Use this option if you wish to register a booth for the conference. Limited spots are available.
Includes:
- 6-foot table with two chairs
- Two (2) complimentary exhibitor registrations
- PEG Luncheon on Day 1
Sponsor Registration
Use this option if you are registering with a sponsorship package. Various tiers are available.
